Julius Caesar is a tyrant that some people in Rome love, but many hate. Brutus is one of the haters. Shakespeare's Julius Caesar interested me with the shocking actions of the characters that make this book a tragedy.
Many Romans think that Caesar has too much power. The honorable Brutus says he was ambitious. Brutus's followers agreed with Brutus and decided to kill Julius because of his power.
At Caesar's funeral, Mark Antony spoke. Because of Antony's speech, some of the people that were first with Brutus, switched teams and joined Antony. These people start a riot.
What started out being a small riot, turned into a war between Mark Antony and his followers and Brutus and his followers.
I recommend Julius Caesar to people who like tragic stories.
